The heart of my work comes from a deep love for this beautiful earth that we belong to, and the belief that through developing greater connection, health and wellbeing within ourselves, we create healthier families, communities and a healthier earth.
These times are calling us to reweave the relationship between nature around us and the nature within us- to individually and collectively heal our disconnection from the earth and from our deepest, natural, wild and true selves.
I’m committed to this path of remembering, awakening and living into my own authentic nature, gifts and wholeness… to living a life of belonging in my own skin, and helping others to do the same.
I offer individual counselling & art therapy sessions, as well as group programs and workshops, where I work with you to connect to your own inner nature, wisdom, guidance, gifts and innate potential for healing, growth, positive change and transformation.
I hold a safe, confidential space, where all of who you are is welcome- to be seen, met, heard and witnessed with respect, compassion, kindness and care. I honour the sovereignty of your being and recognise you as the authority on your own lived experience.
Listening deeply and tending to your life with the support of a guide can help you to expand your self-awareness, know yourself more fully, and live a more authentic, wholehearted and meaningful life.
Please explore my website for further information on what I offer, and reach out if you would like to book a session, attend a workshop, or if you have any questions and would like to find out if what I offer is right for you.
“Look at every path closely and deliberately, then ask yourself alone, one question… Does this path have a heart? If it does, then the path is good. If it doesn’t, then it is of no use.”
I honour and acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which I live and work, and pay respect to Aboriginal Elders past, present and emerging.
I recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander tribes as the first sovereign nations of the Australian continent, and recognise that this sovereignty has never been ceded.
I acknowledge the wealth of knowledge and wisdom that is held and carried within Indigenous culture- here and around the world, and I honour their deep relationship to country and connection to this land.
